I became hooked on strength training when I realized how much it impacted my physical and mental health. As a busy mom with 3 young children, 25 minutes was all the time I had for my workouts, so I made it work for me.
If you have 10 minutes or an hour, you will find the perfect workout for your needs here. Our focus is based in strength training, but we sprinkle in plenty of Pilates on the mat, bodyweight workouts, and express cardio classes. Keeping it fun and interesting is part of our “secret sauce” when it comes to helping you become more consistent with your fitness.
